SELF-HELP - educative, transformational, philosophical and insightful to live the deeper meaning of life. This is the sort of education that we found in conversations with strangers and life experiences rather than in school systems.
WELLBEING and LIFESTYLE - what produces health and wellbeing is different for everyone. We've learned so much since I wrote my healthy eating cookbooks in the 80'S. Today, I steer mainly toward a Mediterranean diet... with lapses! But food alone does not sustain me. I need food for the soul too.
DESIGN, PATTERN and PORTRAIT - in search of the elements that alone, and together, create inspiration and story.
