Julie has wide-ranging writing experiences. In the early 80's she published Australia's fastest selling cookbook. 'Taste of Life' was followed with 22 more best-selling cookbooks. Her 'Taste of Life' series sold more than 2.2 million copies worldwide.
In between cookbook writing Julie wrote a best-seller motivation title, 'Stepping Out'.
More recently, Julie wrote a memoir, titled 'The Seagull, An Unexpected Love Story'
Julie's debut novel, 'Seagulls on the Ganges' is fiction adaption of her memoir.
Julie worked alongside a professional screenplay writer and producer, both with Hollywood film experience,  to adapt 'Seagulls on the Ganges' to a screenplay manuscript.
